Chairlink Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Chairlink website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Chairlink, Inc. ("Chairlink", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, clicking "I Agree", or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Chairlink Platform
Chairlink is a professional networking and mentorship platform for dentists. The Service enables users to create professional profiles, connect with other dental professionals, and participate in optional paid networking features such as Coffee Chats and mentorship sessions.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is intended for licensed dentists and dental professionals. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. Chairlink may verify professional status and may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
3. Verification and Access Levels
Chairlink uses progressive verification to maintain platform integrity. Access to certain features may depend on verification status (such as Unverified, License Verified, or Trust Verified). Chairlink may modify verification requirements over time.
4. Professional Responsibility
Users remain solely responsible for their professional judgment, clinical decisions, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. Information shared through the Service is experience-based and does not replace independent professional judgment.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the Service, including impersonation, sharing patient identifying information, circumventing safeguards, violating laws or professional rules, or engaging in harassing behavior.
6. Networking, Mentorship, and Coffee Chats
Networking features, mentorship sessions, and Coffee Chats are optional services intended for professional discussion and general guidance. These interactions do not create a doctor-patient, client, or fiduciary relationship.
7. Payments and Fees
Certain features require payment. Fees are disclosed at checkout and primarily compensate the other participant for time and availability, not for guaranteed outcomes. Payments are processed by third parties.
8. Content and Licenses
Users retain ownership of submitted content. Users grant Chairlink a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute content solely to operate and improve the Service.
9. Recording and Transcripts
Sessions may be logged or summarized for safety, dispute resolution, and product improvement. Users may not record sessions unless expressly permitted. Transcripts are not clinical records.
10. Platform Enforcement
Chairlink may monitor use of the Service and enforce these Terms by restricting access, removing content, or suspending or terminating accounts to protect the platform and users.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." CHAIRLINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHAIRLINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
13. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chairlink from claims arising out of use of the Service or violations of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
Chairlink may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
Users may stop using the Service at any time. Chairlink may suspend or terminate access. Certain provisions survive termination.
16. Governing Law
